As one of the smaller companies in the competitive and sometimes-controversial pharmaceutical industry, candor and disclosure are keys to helping Eli Lilly and Company build and maintain trust with stakeholders.
BuzzWord worked with Lilly for 10 years to develop and implement print-, PDF- and web-based reporting strategies that built on its leadership in transparency on key industry practices. For Lilly’s 2015 report, BuzzWord helped the company issue its first integrated report, kicking off the process by facilitating a workshop that brought together a range of internal stakeholders to map an effective transition. We also developed report content and an engaging communication piece to shareholders to accompany the company’s 2015 10-K filing. BuzzWord also developed the strategy and content for Lilly’s first UN Global Compact Communication on Progress, which has been recognized as a model for other pharmaceutical firms.
